While this is an incredible tool, we are going to start gently and build up to the big stuff. If you are already familiar, we will catch you up.
The bent-over row picks up from the last episode on trunk stability and anti-rotation and how we move and keep the upper body both stable and mobile. It also introduces the hip-hinge, a key element of the kettlebell swing which I will cover in a future episode.
