Strength is everything and nothing.
MOBILITY is a GIFT,
STABILITY is DEVELOPED,
STRENGTH is eh, what now?
By its self strength is NOTHING, combined with ACCESS to a FULL range of MOVEMENT and the ABILITY to control and STABILISE, movement strength is EVERYTHING.
The BRAIN will not allow anything dangerous to happen to you, so will LIMIT the recruitment of POWER if it puts the body at RISK. To that extent, the ability to lift more, be stronger, will PLATEAU.
Similarly, if you do not possess the range of movement and have developed ADAPTATIONS to help compensate your muscles will be FIGHTING each other due to RECIPROCAL INHIBITION and full strength will be LIMITED.
If your ENVIRONMENT is in good order, and by that I mean SLEEP, DIET, HYDRATION, STRESS, MIND, you WILL be able to build HUGE strength, fortitude, RESILIENCE.
