My approach to coaching

My approach to health and wellness, specifically exercise and fitness is different from those of Personal Trainers so thought it was time I explained the system I follow and how I coach my clients.

In essence, my approach is about you, how you move and how you feel. You are a unique human being; as such, my approach to coaching you is also unique.
