Trunk Stability and Rotation
The latest in my series introducing the kettlebell into your health and wellness routine.
While this is an incredible tool, we are going to start gently and build up to the big stuff. If you are already familiar, we will catch you up.
Trunk stability and rotation are important in how we move and keep the upper body both stable and mobile. The trunk and associated musculature that provides the natural girdle protects the spine. While the stability it provides is a key function the trunks ability to provide this support reflexively, at a moments notice and without thought should be its main party trick.
